What is meant by Human Resources?
The term Human Resources, indicates the set of people who lend their business to a company, but it is also to be understood as the set of skills and professionalism brought by staff members to the process productive.
This is one of the main factors that determine the corporate capital to be managed, monitored and invested in to improve the entire ecosystem of the company.

What does an HR do in the company?

. Recruit talented resources and bring out every quality
. Hire people with specific propensities and place them in the right area of the company
. Marrying targeted remuneration policies that aim to foster widespread meritocracy.
To achieve efficient management, organizations must be able to make the most of the potential of their employees, and, to achieve this goal, the use of innovative solutions is of fundamental importance, such as to allow the integrated management of business processes
The human resources officer also performs other roles if the company works well:
. Coordinates the Selection Manager: this is called to take care of the integration of people in a company.
. Coordinates the Head of Training: this professional is the one who is in charge of choosing the contents and methods of corporate training and establishing the point to which the level of professionalism of the company can be raised.
.Coordinates the Compensation & Benefit Manager: this is the person in charge of planning and activating employee incentive plans.
.Coordinates the Industrial Relations Manager: this professional is required to draw up employment contracts, manage any disciplinary measures aimed at personnel, supervise complaints or complaints that human resources address to the company and formulate internal company regulations, checking their correctness respect.
.Coordinates the Managers of Human Resources Management in the Business Units: they are those who manage company personnel in companies with multiple areas or sectors. Each of them is in charge of a single area.
The current evolutionary trends of the organizational systems of companies show that, despite technological progress, it is always man who represents the fundamental resource, that particular resource on which the foundations of the well-being of the company are placed, and it is widely believed that some peculiar characteristics of human resources, such as the high qualification of employees and collaborators, the key elements to get companies off the ground.
Companies are born, live, survive, develop or die, also due to the merit or demerit of their fundamental resource: the human resource.
Man is the first and most important resource of the company, therefore, if the purpose to be pursued is the development of the latter, the optimal strategy will be to manage human resources in the best possible way.
Effective resource management is indeed a winner for the achievement of the organization’s objectives if it is consistent, first of all, with the motivation and satisfaction of man.
